About Us

Founded in the early 1900s by Louis Campbell Sr., Campbell Fittings began as The Campbell Nipple Works, a modest pipe nipple manufacturer primarily serving the Mid-Atlantic's industrial sectors. Our journey took a significant turn post-World War II when Frederick Paff acquired the business. Under the leadership of Frederick and his son Thomas, the company transformed from a regional producer into a national supplier, diversifying our offerings for the Water Well Industry and beyond.

Throughout the 1960s and 70s, we expanded our reach into industrial hose applications with our line of combination nipples. The 1980s challenged us with market upheavals, leading to a strategic pivot towards developing our own innovative product lines. Our response to evolving market needs has kept us at the forefront of hose fitting solutions, marketed through industrial hose distributors.

The 1990s saw Thomas J. Paff, our then president, enhance industry standards for hose safety and use, underscoring our commitment to quality and safety. In 2017, the company transitioned from a family business when it was acquired by The Ideal Tridon Group. This new chapter brings together our rich heritage with enhanced capabilities and resources.

Today, Campbell Fittings stands as a leader in engineering and manufacturing hose fittings, couplings, ferrules, and sleeves renowned for our quality and innovation. We continue to collaborate with industry experts to advance our products, ensuring safety and efficiency for a range of applications from air to petro-chemical. At Campbell Fittings, we don't just meet standards; we set them. Think safety, think Campbell Fittings.
